Ruah offers on line spiritual direction and directed retreats. With the shortage of retreat centres, many people choose to put aside some time either in their own home or travel somewhere to stay in a nurturing place of their choice.
This time aside can be supported with some online guidance/accompaniment where by you meet your director twice daily via zoom.
Sitting Into The Soul With The Word Of God
You are invited to sit into the soul with the word of God - a 6 week package beginning on Wednesday 24th of September. Enjoy a 45 minute video each week which will open the scriptures and open your heart. In these videos you will journey with the joy of contemplating the beauty and wisdom often undiscovered in the Sunday gospel via lectio divina. Each weekly video will include a guided meditation, journaling questions, music , poetry and aids to discerning Gods guidance in your daily life...

Journey To Transformation
Programme
Running from September 2025 to June 2026
One Saturday per month in Ruah (Cork), plus regular online gatherings.
This programme will be attractive to those who wish to renew, nourish and deepen their commitment on the spiritual journey.
Towards A Horizon Of Hope
Dominican Retreat Centre, Tallaght
10th - 12th October
Through input, meditation, scripture, poetry, music etc we will journey into the theme of rekindling hope and healing.
Together we will find ways to 'rise again' from life's setbacks backs and challenges.
