Ruah offers on line spiritual direction and directed retreats. With the shortage of retreat centres, many people choose to put aside some time either in their own home or travel somewhere to stay in a nurturing place of their choice.
This time aside can be supported with some online guidance/accompaniment where by you meet your director twice daily via zoom.
